Milled Glass Fiber

P.G & Brothers are the right-milled GlassFiber manufacturer in India. Milled fibre is made by cutting E-glass fibre shortly into the length of 150～80μm.

It is effective in improving not only the strength but also the surface condition and dimensional stability. It can be combined with a thermoplastic resin such as polycarbonate and liquid crystal polymer, and BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) of thermoset resin is also adaptable.

Milled Glass Fiber is a powder product resulting from jet-milling or hammer milling, a coarser form of Glass Fibbers. The particles are typically very angular and are “needles,” and require precise vibrations and techniques to efficiently separate. Furthermore, the low density of the product and shard-like particle shapes can make it difficult for particles to find holes in the screen mesh.
